EK Cartons is a family-owned business building a reputation for quality products and reliability. Designing and manufacturing the highest quality custom printed packaging.
With over 50 years of experience and expertise in quality printing and packaging. We offer
a full service, from design concept through to manufacturing, delivery, stock management and beyond, giving you a solution to your problem. We provide account services and stock management services to customers nationwide.
As a family-owned company, we feel our approach is much more hands on, agile and personal which helps us to create a greater relationship with our customers and make decisions more quickly and efficiently. We have complete control of the process from start to finish thanks to our in-house structural and graphic design departments, printing, cutting and finishing departments.
We have a natural understanding of our customers’ needs which allows us to produce packaging that is fit for purpose in markets such as food, beverage, healthcare, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, confectionary, technology and others.

Services
We specialise in designing and manufacturing bespoke cartons. Using our in-house CAD facility, we are able to work with your brief to design efficient, affordable and innovative packaging that is fit for purpose and presents your brand and product’s in the best possible way.
We will then supply you with samples and keylines for product testing and approval before proceeding to the graphic design stage.

Because of our investment in computer-to-plate technology we save significant litres of water and reduce chemical waste.
When designing packaging, we look for ways to reduce board, energy and waste in the manufacturing process using environmentally sourced inks and glue. We encourage customers to use sustainability produced materials and to recycle or reuse whenever possible, thereby reducing everyone’s environmental Impact.
